Done in {%ai"https://getpaint.net/"%}paint.net{%endai%} with a mouse when I was feeling under the weather. I used to be extremely proud of this, but since then I've noticed a lot that I could've done better.

When I was switching over to {%ai"https://gimp.org"%}GIMP{%endai%}, I re-imported the layers (with equivalent layer modes) from the paint.net project file out of curiosity, which resulted in higher contrast and more vivid colors.
