First done in {%ai"https://www.clipstudio.net/en/"%}Clip Studio Paint{%endai%}, but I eventually settled on {%ai"https://krita.org/en/"%}Krita{%endai%} and re-drew him there.
The scope of this was originally much large. It would've been a huge undertaking to re-do the background for it, which is why I re-purposed it for pride month.
